Hiking Dagger

I needed a knife to carry with me on hikes into rugged areas here in Florida. Thus I made this dagger style knife and sheath. It is composed of 1095 high carbon steel with micarta handle scales. A portion of one edge of the blade is left unsharpened so that the knife can be used for carving, etc. The guard and pins are brass. The sheath was my first leather project.
